Weddings

The Whole Château, Not a Room In It

For the days of your wedding, the château and its grounds are yours alone.

Fifteen of you sleep under its roof; the rest of your guests are a few minutes away.

It is a restoration, not a renovation. The walls stay as the centuries left them, by law, and they are the setting.

Each wedding is priced on request: write to us with your dates and the size of your party.

Le grand jour The day itself

The Day

A Wedding in a Château

Say your vows in a château the world has watched come back to life, with the Pyrénées all around and no other celebration under its roof.

The setting asks for little decoration: old stone, candlelight, and the valley at every window. It is a day your guests will remember long after it ends.

For a larger wedding, a marquee in the grounds makes room for many more.

To stay the night

Fifteen guests sleep in the château; everyone else stays close by.

À l’église At the church

A Church Ceremony, If You Wish

If you would like to marry in church, a local church about five minutes away can be used for the ceremony. Everyone then comes back to the château for the rest of the day.

Weddings

Questions Couples Ask

How many guests can we invite?

Up to forty inside the château, for the ceremony, the dinner and the evening. For a larger wedding, a marquee can be hired for the grounds.

Can our guests stay at the château?

Fifteen guests can stay the night in the château. For the rest of your party there are three places close by: Pays de Beille at the foot of the drive, Maison Beaucoup about a kilometre away, and Les Granges de Léo about two.

Do you do the catering?

We look after the flowers, the meals and the drinks. The flowers are chosen at the markets and gathered from the gardens, then arranged by us.

Can we bring our own photographer or wedding planner?

Of course. Photography, film and everything else are yours to choose, or your planner’s, and we are glad to work alongside them.

Can we marry in a church?

Yes. A local church about five minutes away can be used for the ceremony, and everyone comes back to the château for the rest of the day.

Is anyone else at the château on our day?

No. Only one event runs at the château at once, so nothing else shares your day.

How do our guests get here?

Toulouse-Blagnac airport is an hour and three quarters away by car, and the station at Les Cabannes is a few minutes from the château.

What does a wedding cost?

Every wedding is priced on request. Tell us your dates and the size of your party, and you will get a figure rather than a brochure.
