Les Chambres
As winter settles across the French Pyrenees, the château becomes your home - a place to rest, restore and embrace the gentle rhythm of the season. Each bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, thoughtfully prepared with antique French beds, vintage monogrammed linens, heirloom furnishings and treasured objects collected throughout the château's restoration. Beyond your windows, sweeping views of the mountains, valleys and winter landscapes provide a constant reminder of the beauty that surrounds you.
Guests are welcomed to their own antique French double bed, while couples enjoy a private bedroom with a king bed. Rooms are thoughtfully arranged for two guests, with accommodation for three available upon request. Solo travellers are carefully paired with a like-minded guest or, where possible, offered a private room to ensure a restful and comfortable stay.
In consideration of the cooler weather, electric blankets and heated radiators ensure every bedroom remains warm and inviting - offering the perfect sanctuary after a day of Christmas crafting.

Les Salle de Bains
In keeping with the château's rich history, our bathrooms offer a thoughtful balance of heritage and comfort. Beautifully appointed with elegant fittings, floral wallpapers, soft towels and timeless details, they provide a welcoming space to refresh and unwind throughout your stay.
As a protected eighteenth-century monument, the château has been carefully restored in accordance with historic preservation guidelines. To honour and preserve its original architecture, ensuite bathrooms are not permitted, and all bathroom facilities are shared. Each is thoughtfully appointed and includes a shower, basin and toilet, while one features a beautiful freestanding bath - perfect for a long, relaxing soak after a day of creativity.
For your comfort, a dedicated dressing room is also available, complete with soft lighting, vanities, comfortable seating and mirrors for preparing at a leisurely pace. Whether dressing for an elegant candlelit dinner or simply taking a quiet moment for yourself, it offers a peaceful extension of your private retreat within the château.
Seasonal Dining
At the château, winter dining becomes a celebration of the festive season - a time of warmth, generosity and joyful gatherings shared around the table. Each day brings a new culinary experience, from leisurely breakfasts with freshly baked viennoiserie to festive feasts inspired by centuries-old French traditions, and elegant candlelit dinners adorned with evergreen garlands and the soft glow of Christmas.
Inspired by the flavours and customs of France, the château chefs create menus that celebrate the abundance of winter, bringing together locally sourced ingredients, cherished Christmas recipes and the timeless elegance of French cuisine. From comforting meals shared in the spirit of togetherness to refined festive dining showcasing regional specialities, every dish is thoughtfully prepared to capture the warmth, magic and enchantment of Christmas at the château.
We are delighted to accommodate a range of dietary requirements and allergies wherever possible, and warmly encourage you to share any preferences with us before your arrival so that every meal may be enjoyed with ease and confidence.
Throughout your stay, a carefully curated selection of wines, sparkling wines, aperitifs and liqueurs is served alongside meals, accompanied by refreshing soft drinks, sparkling water and the château's own handcrafted botanical syrups.
For quieter moments between baking and creating, a welcoming tea and coffee salon remains available throughout the day and we invite you to make yourself entirely at home.
